In 2019 Fjordmine s.r.o. as part of Subarctic Exploration Group a.s. was granted by the DMF an exploration license Gudmedalen. It is located in the mountains of south/central Norway about 200 km east of Bergen in the community of Aurland.

This year we plan to carry out a basic geological mapping of this area, aimed at verifying the gold content of the quartz veins and structures found there. The work should be done on 12.7 – 4.8.2019 by a pair of experienced GET s.r.o. geologists. In addition to geological mapping, heavy mineral samples from streams and surface samples of quartz veins and rocks for chemical analysis are planned. The geologists will follow the DMF-approved fieldwork plan, walk on the ground and their activities will not involve any interference with fauna or flora. There will be no use of vehicles on private land or roads.
